EMDR Foundations Terms & Conditions

By registering for an EMDR Foundations training programme, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

EMDR Basic Training – Terms & Conditions

Training Fees

The total cost of the EMDR Basic Training is NZD $2,900 (including GST).

This fee includes:

Both EMDR Basic Training courses (3 days each)
Two required online case consultation groups (5 hours each)
Two training manuals (one for each course)
PDF copies of scripts and worksheets used during the training

Registration constitutes a commitment to payment of the full training fee.

Attendance Requirements

The trainings must be attended in full across all three days.

Please note that in-person trainings do not offer a remote attendance option. Online training is live, no recording of the training is available. If you must leave early for any reason, or if you miss any of the lectures for any reason, you will need to make up the time lost with either an EMDR Institute trainer or a facilitator to meet the requirements of the training and in order to receive your Certificate of Attendance. This will incur an additional cost, so please endeavour to organise your travel arrangements and other commitments accordingly.

Rescheduling Policy

Requests to transfer or reschedule a registration to a later training date must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the original training start date.

Requests made within 30 days of the training will incur a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the training fee, in addition to the registration fee for the future training date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the training date will incur a NZD $99 administration fee (including GST).
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the training.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Training Cancellation by EMDR Foundations

If EMDR Foundations cancels a training event, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid to EMDR Foundations.

EMDR Foundations is not responsible for travel, accommodation, airline, or other associated costs incurred by participants.

Participants travelling to attend training are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

Agreement

By registering for training, participants confirm that:

they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
they agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policies;
they understand that registration constitutes commitment to payment of the full training fee; and
they consent to the use of their electronic acceptance/signature as evidence of agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
